We currently ship within the United States only.

Processing Time

Orders are typically prepared within 5–7 business days, and often sooner.
This preparation window allows us to intentionally and carefully craft your items.

If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us prior to purchase to confirm availability.

Shipping & Delivery Disclaimer

Once an order has been shipped, Rites of Wellness, LLC is not responsible for:

Carrier delays

Lost or stolen packages

Delivery issues due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate and that delivery locations are secure.

Local Pickup (Chicago Area)

Local pickup is available near Oak Park (Westside Chicago area).
Select Local Pickup at checkout to arrange.

By choosing pickup or an alternate delivery location, you acknowledge that:

You assume responsibility once the order is delivered or picked up

Rites of Wellness, LLC is not liable for lost or stolen items after drop-off

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

All Sales Final

Due to the nature of our products (apothecary goods, handmade items, and consumables), all sales are final.

Reservations & Tea Parlour Policies

Reservation Deposit

A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your table.
This deposit will be applied toward your final order.

Tea Service Payment

All orders must be placed and paid for at the time of arrival.

Arrival Time & Seating

Please arrive on time for your reservation

Each seating is 45 minutes

Service concludes at the scheduled end time

Late arrivals are welcome; however, time will not be extended

No-Shows & Missed Reservations

Reservations not honored or canceled in advance will be considered a no-show.

Deposits are forfeited in the event of a no-show
